Tawana foundation is a Non Profit Corporation formed in 2022. However, the founder of the NPC, has been participating in rural programme, organising personal and coorporate bursaries for students, As well as organising soccer tournaments for village boys and girls. The aim of the foundation is to support learner programmes that develop and up skill children from disadvantaged communities.

Sindy Moswanee graduated Bcom Finance in 2016 at The North West University through the founders successful efforts to solicit Bursaries from NYDA and Price Waterhouse coopers.
Social Wellness
In December 2020 before the NPC was officially registered, the founders of Tawana Foundation arranged a soccer tournament for children in Moshawane Village.

In 16 June 2024 15 bicycles were donated to underprivileged learners so that they can participate in the local cycling club.
