Tawana foundation is a Non Profit Corporation formed in 2022. However, the founder of the NPC, has been participating in rural programme, organising personal and coorporate bursaries for students, As well as organising soccer tournaments for village boys and girls. The aim of the foundation is to support learner programmes that develop and up skill children from disadvantaged communities.
Ms. Malebo Magasa Founder
Ms. Malebo Magasa is a renowned entrepreneur in the construction industry over a span of 25 years. Through her academic and construction business achievements , she has always maintained her humble beginning values that she was groomed with in her village called Tlhakong , North West. She is a living testimony that it takes a village to raise a potentially gifted child .
She subsequently decided to invest in her own Foundation to revive the values of “ Passing the Baton of Education” through various programmes that stimulate science and mathematics for children who are directly impacted by the current economic social disparities ( poverty and inequality).
Her drive and passion in these special programmes have already produced a number of qualified professionals and learners through scholarships that she aided through Tawana Foundation.
